Transitioning into the financial sector, Grimes spent 14 years in the real estate finance industry, working as a loan officer, mortgage broker, and correspondent lender. Currently, he serves as the Principal CEO of MGI.health and Adullam Advisors, boutique firms specializing in healthcare and wealth-care solutions. His work focuses on delivering quality-of-life enhancements through consultative, end-to-end solutions.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Grimes is actively involved in community initiatives. He is the past Chair and current member of the Chickasaw Community Council of Central Texas, where he plays a pivotal role in cultural and community development.
